Other NHS Entitlements
You may be entitled NHS help post eye test
After the eye examination, if you need a new prescription, your Optometrist will issue an optical voucher if you are entitled to help towards the cost of spectacles or contact lenses. Those entitled are::
| you are under 16 or aged 16-18 and in full-time education. |
| you or your partner receive Income Support. |
| you or your partner receive Income-based Jobseeker's Allowance. |
| you or your partner receive Income-related Employment and Support Allowance. |
| you or your partner receive Pension Credit Guarantee Credit. |
| you're entitled to, or named on, a valid NHS tax credit exemption certificate. |
| you are named on a valid HC2 certificate. |
| you are prescribed complex lenses (supplement only). |
